The Mixed-Up Milky Way Author Visit

Service Description

The Mixed-Up Milky Way Author Visit brings the wonders of space to life through an engaging, 60-minute interactive experience for children 3-5years. I require a dedicated event space, a projector with a sound system, 4 tables with chairs, water for painting, and maximum participant cap for 20 children per presentation. Children will enjoy a short interactive video featuring the author with Orion and Nebula, two beloved characters from the book, followed by a read-aloud of Mixed-Up Milky Way. Along the way, they will discover exciting facts about space, asteroids, and the asteroid belt. The children will be divided into small groups and rotate through each station. During the rotations, The Mixed-Up Milky Way song will play, I will sign books or posters at the author table. Parents can take pictures of their child(ren) with Orion and the bridge backdrop. Once everyone has visited each station, the event will conclude with a farewell, and the children will leave with a signed poster and a small goodie bag.
